Creator Policy
Rules and guidelines for creators publishing content and running subscriptions on Bakking. Effective Date: October 24, 2025
Eligibility & Account Requirements
To publish as a creator, you must provide accurate account information and comply with any verification steps we request. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
If you operate on behalf of an organization or brand, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these policies and ensure all collaborators follow them.
Content Standards
You must only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy and safety of others.

- cancel Do not upload content that is illegal or violates others’ rights.
Monetization & Transactions
If you offer paid subscriptions, paid posts, tips, or other monetized features, you must describe what supporters receive clearly and deliver what you promise. Misleading claims, scams, and deceptive practices are prohibited.
We may hold payouts, request additional verification, or apply limits to protect users and prevent fraud.
Enforcement & Reporting
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms. Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with law.
